Our waffles are a little different than what you and I know as waffles. Those are a standard batter-based waffle. We provide liege waffles on a stick, out of a converted 1980 horse trailer to food trailer.

A DOUGH-BASED WAFFLE THAT IS BUTTERY, CHEWY, SOFT, AND SWEET.

They are thicker and contain little clumps of sugar known as pearl sugar. Once heated up, they are caramelized on the outside and soft inside. These waffles go great with many types of topping options!

I am the founder of Waffles & Whip. Five years ago I started a small airbrush tanning business, Bronze515 while working my corporate job. It took off and I eventually opened up two storefronts and left my full-time job! While building my business, I began searching for more opportunities to grow into an entrepreneur. Waffles & Whip came about during some downtime (hello COVID). 

I enjoy making people feel great, and food is definitely one of those things that make us all feel great! I wanted to offer a different experience and so I began searching. I found a cute horse trailer in Nebraska and brought it home to Iowa to convert into a dream!
